Susan Song is an experienced immigration attorney with over 15 years of experience. She represents multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, investors, and families in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Drawing from her own experience as an immigrant, she understands that every immigration journey is deeply personal and unique.

Susan's work spans a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including E-1/E-2, E-3, F-1, H-1B, H-1B1, J-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, NIW and PERM-based green card applications. Susan has successfully represented multinational corporations across different industries, including Technology, Finance, Life Science, Manufacturing etc. In addition, Susan counsels high-net-worth clients on the EB-5 investor visa program, providing strategic advice at every stage of the EB-5 process, including the I-526E petition, consular processing, I-829 petition, and naturalization application. Susan is known for her practical and results-oriented strategies that address both clients' immediate needs and long-term goals.

Beyond her professional practice, Susan is dedicated to giving back to the community. She regularly volunteers at Citizenship Day events, offering free legal assistance to individuals seeking U.S. citizenship. Additionally, she serves as the Co-Chair of the Immigration Law Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
